DataPockets is operated by OnHand LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at datapockets.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

DataPockets is currently in pre-launch. The Site exists solely to share information about our upcoming product and to collect email addresses from people interested in early access.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not constitute a purchase, and does not guarantee access to any product or pricing. We are simply keeping you in the loop.
